Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty Announces Significant Sale in Weekapaug by Jim and DeeDee Buffum
Westerly, RI (October 27, 2017) – Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty is pleased to announce the sale of 11 Winona Avenue, Westerly, RI for $2,500,000. According to data from the Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, this sale is in the top ten sales in the municipality so far this year. Additionally, Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty represented a total of six sides in these top ten sales. The sellers of this classic Weekapaug summer cottage were represented by DeeDee Buffum, Broker Associate, and the buyers by Jim Buffum, Sales Associate; both of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty.

First New England Charles Moore Home Just Listed
