WESTERLY, RI (May 23, 2016) –  Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty is pleased to announce the sale of 18 Wauwinnet Road in the illustrious village of Watch Hill in Westerly, Rhode Island, on Friday  May 20, 2016. The stunning 2,746 square foot shingled residence sold for $3,275,000. The property was listed with Judy Chace, Broker/Owner of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty and the buyers were represented by Erin Marsh, Sales Associate with Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. 

18 Wauwinet, Watch Hill

The property holds a coveted location overlooking Watch Hill Harbor and Napatree Point with commanding views throughout the house. Built in 1867, the home has since been expertly renovated with great attention to detail. 

This transaction marks the second highest sale in Westerly this year according to Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service. The top sale occurred in January with buyer representation for that transaction provided by Desa D. Buffum, Broker Associate, also of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty.
