Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty Announces Significant Sale in Narragansett by Ray Mott and Susan Mitchell
Narragansett, RI (June 11, 2018) – Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty is pleased to announce the sale of 26 Beach Row, Narragansett for $1,241,000. According to data from the Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, this is the third highest sale in the municipality so far this year. The buyers of 26 Beach Row were represented by Ray Mott, Broker/Co-Owner, and Susan Mitchell, Sales Associate: both of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. The sellers were represented by John Krekorian of Re/Max Flagship.
The buyers of the property, Mermaid House, were successfully guided by the efforts of Susan and Ray to submit the winning bid in a multiple offer situation. “The oceanfront property in Narragansett features views of the ocean all the way to Block Island.
