According to data from the Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, this is the highest sale on Kennedy Lane in over five years. According to data from the Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, this sale represents the fifth highest sale in the municipality this year. Mott has represented clients in three of the top five transactions in Charlestown this year.
