Extraordinary Growth Leads to New Management Structure for Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty

As a result of rapid growth in just eight years as a company, Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty is announcing an expansion of the management team structure for 2022. Poised for the opportunity to drive the business to the next level as the premiere provider of luxury real estate in Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts, the firm is taking steps to build upon past successes and structure the company for further advancement. With five new positions, Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty aims to raise the bar once again.

Greg Kiely, Managing Broker for Sotheby’s International Realty Cape Cod brokerages, has joined Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty as CEO. Since 2015, Greg has managed a multi-office staff of local experts tasked with transaction financial management, marketing, and advertising to assist associates. In his new position, Greg will have leadership responsibility for the organic growth of the company, the development of new territories, and the oversight of sales management for the seven offices. Greg was the 2019 Massachusetts REALTOR® of the Year and in 2020 was named a Realogy NextGen Rising Star for his service to his brokerage and the community. Deeply involved in REALTOR® volunteer leadership, Greg gives Sotheby’s International Realty associates and clients direct access to the latest information on government regulations and professional development opportunities that impact the real estate brokerage community.

Jeni Pardo de Zela has been promoted to the role of Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer. A 15-year industry veteran, graduate of Ascend: The Executive Leadership Experience, and a certified NINJA Leader, Jeni contributes to the overall growth of the company by supporting agents and leading the marketing department. As the firm’s architect of marketing and communications platforms, Jeni executes the strategic growth objectives and preserves the Sotheby’s International Realty brand identity across the company. Dedicated to increasing agent success, Jeni established an in-house educational program designed to ensure agents leverage the firm’s many tools implemented to drive business goals.

In addition, Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty is also announcing the appointment of three new Directors. Brooke Churas is now Director of Marketing. In this role, Brooke executes the vision of the marketing department and expands brand exposure through the region. Andrea Crivellaro is now Director of Operations. In this role, Andrea fulfills the duties of Business Analyst, Referral Coordinator, and Operational Liaison to vendors and partners of the firm. Katelyn Scott is now the Director of Administration and Agent Transition. In this role, Katelyn oversees the administrator team and all administrative functions for the company. In addition, Katelyn is responsible for agent affiliation, orientation, and hands on training and onboarding as agents join the firm.

Unprecedented Growth Leads to New Opportunity for Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty

On the heels of the strongest performance in the firm’s history, Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty is announcing the expansion of the management team in 2021. Due to the rapid growth of the firm and the expertise of its team, the seven year old company is implementing new management roles and creating opportunities that will steer the business to the next level and secure the position of premiere provider of luxury real estate in Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts. Optimistic for another record-breaking year ahead, the firm is taking steps to build upon past success and structure the company for further advancement. With four new positions and one new office location, Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty aims to raise the bar once again.

Proven leaders who helped drive the Narragansett office to a remarkable level of success in 2020, heretofore co-Managers Bridgette Soby and Karen Donnellan have each earned expanded roles within the company. Donnellan will be Regional Manager of all Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty offices south of Providence. With a background in management and sales, Donnellan is charged with oversight of the offices located in East Greenwich, Narragansett, Charlestown, and Watch Hill. Her responsibilities include sales management, transactional expertise, training opportunities, and office growth. Soby has assumed the role of Business Development Manager for the company at large. A decorated real estate veteran, Soby will be responsible for recruiting new talent and identifying merger opportunities, agent development, and supporting the firm’s initiatives for seeking and securing listings.

As Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty prepares to open a new office in Westport, MA in early 2021, Providence Office Manager Benjamin Scungio is expanding his role to Regional Manager of all northern offices. An expert in office growth and management, Scungio turned the young Providence office into a top ten office statewide year over year. Scungio will continue to support Providence, co-manage Barrington in conjuncture with David Coleman, and begin to grow and develop Westport. Scungio will be responsible for the support and guidance of regional agents through transactions and developing appropriate training opportunities. Andrea Crivellaro has been appointed as Regional Operations Manager. In this new role Crivellaro will continue to support the firm as a Business Analyst and Referral Coordinator while supporting the needs of employees and agents in the northern offices.
