According to data from the Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service and the Tax Assessor of the City of Pawtucket, this is the highest residential sale ever recorded in the city. The sellers of 9 Kenilworth Way were represented by the Taylor & Associates team of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. The buyers were represented by Rebecca Mayer of Residential Properties.
