Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty is pleased to announce the sale of 6 Ocean Drive, Little Compton, for $1,300,000. Ted Marvell, Sales Associate of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, represented the seller. The buyer was represented by Becky Pulley of Century 21 Topsail Realty.
This is the third highest single family sale in Little Compton in 2020, according to data available from Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service. Agents of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty represented clients in four of the top ten sales in the municipality this year.
