Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty Announces Significant Sales in Narragansett and Barrington

Providence, RI (July 5, 2017) – Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty is pleased to announce the following significant sales: 234 Sand Hill Cove Road, Narragansett for $1,899,000, 28 Rumstick Drive in Barrington for $1,600,000 and 39 Water Way in Barrington for $1,112,000.

According to data from the Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, the sale of 234 Sand Hill Cove Road represents the third highest sale in Narragansett this year. The property went under contract in just five days. The sellers of this beachfront home were represented by Bridgette Soby, Sales Associate with Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. The buyers were represented by Karen Follett of Bay Realty.
