Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty Announces a Top Jamestown Sale
Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty is proud to announce the East Passage home at 34 Decatur Avenue has sold for $2,200,000. According to data available from Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, the sale of 34 Decatur Avenue is the seventh highest single family Jamestown sale year to date. The home at 256 East Shore Road has sold for $6,970,000. Nicole Carstensen, Sales Associate of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty represented the sellers. Petra Laurie of Island Realty represented the buyers. According to data from the Rhode Island Multiple Listing Service, the sale of 256 East Shore Road is the highest sale in Jamestown this year. 1116-1126 East Shore Road has sold for $2,600,000. According to data from the Rhode Island Multiple Listing Service, the sale of 1116-1126 East Shore Road is the tenth highest single-family sale in Jamestown this year. The coastal Conanicut Park home went under contract in just one week. Featuring unobstructed water views of the Narragansett Bay, the home and adjacent lot offers exceptional privacy.

The firm, with more than $30M total sales volume in Jamestown year to date, has sold three of the top five most expensive homes and four of the top ten most expensive homes in Jamestown in 2021.
Nicole Carstensen, Sales Associate of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, represented the sellers and facilitated the sale on behalf of the buyers of 147 Beavertail Road. The classic coastal home in Mackerel Cove sold for $4,500,000 and is the highest sale in Jamestown this year, according to data available from the Rhode Island Multiple Listing Service.
The home at 1076 East Shore Road has also sold for $3,595,000. Nicole Carstensen and Jack Teeden, Sales Associate, represented the sellers and facilitated the sale on behalf of the buyers. Circa 1885, this historic property was once Jamestown’s Conanicut Park as well as the Jamestown Inn. According to data available from the Rhode Island Multiple Listing Service, this is the fourth-highest sale in Jamestown this year.
Earlier this month, a home in the West Reach neighborhood sold for $2,850,000. The seller was represented by Linda Supron, Broker Associate, and the buyer was represented by Alyce Kleczek, Sales Associate. According to data available from the Rhode Island Multiple Listing Service, this is the sixth-highest sale in Jamestown this year. Agents with the firm have represented nine clients in the top ten sales in the municipality year to date.
Nicole Carstensen and Linda Supron are currently the top two agents in Jamestown by total volume this year. Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty has over 23% of the market share – more than any other firm.
