Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty Sells Historic Narragansett Property to be Featured in Renovation Docuseries

Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty is proud to announce the sale of 110 Boon Street for $750,000. The seller was represented by Michelle Datoli, who also facilitated the sale on behalf of the buyers. Located in the heart of the Pier in Narragansett’s local Historic District, the home is just a short stroll to the Narragansett Town Beach and all the Pier attractions.

The buyer, Boon Street Holdings, LLC, has partnered with a local builder Davitt Design Build for a complete renovation of the historic Narragansett Pier property. This is the highest multi-family transaction in the state so far this year and the third highest multi-family transaction in the last twelve months. Raising the Sales in Narragansett

Narragansett raises its top sale in the town to $3.9 million. The listing at 200 Sand Hill Cove closed on September 30. The attractive waterfront property lays claim to over 170 feet of beachfront and expansive views. The home was listed with Broker/Owner Judy Chace and Broker Associate Michelle Datoli of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. The brokerage also represented the buyers in this transaction.

A tasting of a selection of wines from around the world were presented by Sotheby’s Wine to select Sotheby’s International Realty clients from the northeast earlier this year at the property.

According to Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service data, this sale is the highest in the municipality year to date. Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty has represented clients in four of the top five sales in Narragansett so far this year.
