Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty Announces Second Highest Condo Sale in Narragansett This Year

Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty is proud to announce the sale of 60 Boon Street, Unit 3, in Narragansett, RI for $1,110,000. The seller was represented by Janet Kermes, and the buyers were represented by Kelly Schneider: both of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty.
