According to data available from Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, the sale of 20 Narragansett Avenue, Unit #1009 is the second highest condominium sale in Narragansett this year. This sale is second to 20 Narragansett Avenue, Unit #C300, which was also sold by Erin Marsh earlier this month.
