Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty Announces Two Top Waterfront Sales in North Kingstown

Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty is proud to announce two top sales in Wickford Point this month. Currently the top firm by sales volume in North Kingstown, agents of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty have represented seven clients in sales over $1M sales in the municipality this year.

The waterfront home at 66 Lands End Drive has sold for $2,750,000. Kathy Kourakis, Sales Associate of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty represented the seller and Amy I. Doorley-Lucas, Sales Associate, also of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, represented the buyer.

According to Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, the sale of 66 Lands End Drive is the highest sale in North Kingstown since 2010.

“This home checked off more than several of the boxes for my clients and I think we all knew it was ‘the house’ from the minute we crossed the threshold! The waterfront location alone was a huge selling point, but the sellers made it next level with their tasteful renovations and designer finishes,” says Amy I. Doorley-Lucas.
