As a result of the unprecedented growth over the last seven years, the firm is pleased to announce the expansion of the marketing department in 2021. Brooke Churas has been promoted to Marketing Director. In this new role, Brooke executes the vision of the marketing department through the development of branding. PJ Dougherty Jr. has joined the department as Creative and Social Media Strategist. In this role, PJ creates and curates content and manages the firm’s social media presence. PJ is also a licensed drone operator producing aerial photos, property videos, and scenes from around the state. Madalyn Tundis has been appointed to the position of Digital Marketing & Agent Success Specialist. In this new role, Madalyn identifies public relations opportunities for the company as well as assists agents on individual marketing best practices. Madalyn maintains the corporate blog and communicates with Sotheby’s International Realty for global exposure of properties and the firm.

Justine Chang is the firm’s Lead Photographer, responsible for shooting and editing properties, headshots, and events. Rebecca Entwistle is the Publication Specialist at Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. Responsible for all print and digital advertising, Rebecca secures publication placement and delivers property advertisements. Danielle Fox provides support as the firm’s Agent Advertising Coordinator. Danielle creates agent-specific advertising materials such as postcards and listing presentations. Jeni Pardo de Zela is Chief Marketing Officer, responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring overall marketing strategies for the firm. Jeni contributes to the overall growth of the company by supporting agents and leading the marketing department.
