The penthouse unit located at 200 200_exchange_penthouse_004Exchange Street within the luxury Waterplace Complex sold for $1,210,000. The property was listed with Ben Scungio, Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty Providence Office Manager and Sales Associate. The buyer was represented by Joshua Cullion of RE/MAX Professionals. This transaction marks the highest sale in Waterplace since December 2014 and highest sale in Providence since September 2015. The property was on the market for only 35 days.

The property was listed by Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty Sales Associate, Heidi Farmer Piccerelli, and the buyer was represented by Ian Iannuccilli of RE/MAX Professionals. The closing marks the highest sale in Warwick since September 2014.
