Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty is pleased to announce the sale of 18 Gardiner Street for $2,300,000. This is the second highest transaction in Narragansett so far this year, according to data available from Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service. The sellers were represented by Erin Marsh, Sales Associate and Judy Chace, Broker/Co-Owner: both of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty.  The buyers were represented by Edward Fracassa of Abbott Properties.

According to data from the Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, this is the highest transaction in the municipality and the second highest transaction in the state so far this year.
