24 Brown and Howard Wharf, Unit 301, closed on October 11, 2016 for $2,295,000. The condominium sale in Newport is the second highest for any condominium in the state year to date. Eric Kirton, Sales Associate with Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, represented the buyers. Kirton has had over $14 million in sales volume so far this year with 19 successful closings to date. In Newport alone, Kirton has had seven successful closings this year; currently, two more of his listings in the municipality are under contract. Kirton Closes One of Narragansett’s Top Sales
178 Sand Hill Cove Road closed on September 23, 2016 for $2,075,000. This exclusive, beachfront property was under contract in less than 30 days and closed for just over 90% of list price.
This listing is the second highest sale in the town of Narragansett year-to-date.
