According to data from Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, this is the second highest sale on Elm Lane in over three years. The sellers of this waterfront home were represented by Midge Berkery, Sales Associate with Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. The buyers in this transaction were represented by David Coleman, Sales Associate/Office Manager also with Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty.
