August 1, 2016 – Bristol county native Chris Field has made his first mark in the town of Bristol with the successful closing of 8 Gloria Street.

This 2,061 square foot home located just over a half mile from the water was under contract within three weeks. The three bedroom, two bathroom, Cape Cod home closed for 99% of asking price and $100,000 over the current assessed value.

Chris Field, a former Coleman Realtors agent, is a Sales Associate at the new Barrington office of Mott and Chace Sotheby’s International Realty.
