Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty is pleased to announce the sale of 1 Old Farm Road, Berkley, MA for $3,900,000. The sellers were represented by Benjamin Scungio and Cheryl Andreozzi, and the buyers were represented by Christine Dupuis: all of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty.

According to data from the Massachusetts MLS Property Information Network, this is the highest sale on record in the town of Berkley, MA. It is also the third highest sale in Bristol County year-to-date.

Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty Announces Near Sell Out of The Arcade Micro-Lofts

Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty is proud to announce the successful partnership with the iconic Arcade Providence has resulted in a near sell out of the micro-lofts in just under a year. As the exclusive brokerage for the Arcade, the firm has sold 29 of the 39 units available for purchase.
