The sellers were represented by Judy Chace and Allison Dessel of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, and the buyers were represented by Alyce Wright of Lila Delman Compass.
According to data from the Multiple Listing Service, this is the highest condominium sale ever recorded in the Town of Bristol. Additionally, it is the second-highest residential real estate sale of 2023 in Bristol.
