Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty is pleased to announce the sale of Langworthy Farm, 308 Shore Road in Westerly, RI for $1,475,995. The buyers were represented by Michael Himmel, Sales Associate with Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. The sellers were represented by Lori Joyal of Lila Delman Compass.
Langworthy Farm, featuring a renowned vineyard and winery as well as a Bed and Breakfast, is the former home of Rhode Island Governor Samuel Ward. The farm is located along scenic Route 1A and offers a private event space, tasting room, wine retail store, and six guest suites.
