According to data from the Multiple Listing Service, this is the second highest condominium sale in Narragansett year-to-date. The unit sold for $215,000 above asking price with just six days on the market. Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty also represented the sellers of the highest condominium sale this year at 20 Narragansett Avenue, Unit 507, just weeks prior.
