This sale comes on the heels of two top North Kingstown sales for the firm. In December, Jack Teeden also sold 98 Hill Side Street, marking the most expensive North Kingstown home of 2021. Three weeks ago, Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty announced the sale of the home at 50 Skating Pond Lane. Agents of the firm represented seven clients in the sales over $1M in the municipality over the last six months.
