Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty Announces Another Top Sale in North Kingstown

Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty is proud to announce the waterfront home at 66 Spring Street, North Kingstown has sold for $2,050,000. Jack Teeden, Sales Associate of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, represented the buyer. Mary Ann Lisi of Residential Properties, Ltd represented the seller.

According to data available from Rhode Island Multiple Listing Service, the sale of 66 Spring Street is the most expensive home sale in North Kingstown in 2022. This sale comes on the heels of two top North Kingstown sales for the firm. In December, Jack Teeden also sold 98 Hill Side Street, marking the most expensive North Kingstown home of 2021. Three weeks ago, Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty announced the sale of the home at 50 Skating Pond Lane. Agents of the firm represented seven clients in the sales over $1M in the municipality over the last six months.
