According to data available from Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, the sale of 47 Ninigret Avenue is the fifth-highest sale in Charlestown this year. Agents with the firm have represented four clients in the top five sales and seven clients in the top ten residential sales in the municipality in 2021.

In 2014, Ray Mott facilitated the sale of 47 Ningret Avenue for $925,000. Today, the home has sold for nearly double. Through the power of collaboration and local expertise, the property went under agreement after a one time right to show.
