As we begin the new year, we are taking a look at the latest year-over-year comparisons.  The data on these graphs clearly indicate the trajectory of the market over a sustained period of time.  The 2021 indicators for new listings taken, properties under agreements, and closed transactions are trending up from the prior two years.
It continues to be an optimum time for Sellers to list their properties with the scarcity of inventory and rising prices.
