We are now seeing an increase in new listing activity in comparison to this time last year. Our expectation is that it will continue as sellers understand the dynamics of the current market and move to take advantage of the rising prices. 
Properties under agreement are seeing siginifcant activity. We have exceeded 2019 levels since the beginning of May and the expectation is this will continue. 
The sold properties have been on an upward trajectory since June and surpassed 2019 levels for the past two weeks. That trend will continue based on the pending activity and will continue to accelerate the increase in sold prices.
