Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty is excited to announce Joshua Deaner, Broker and former owner of The Rhode Guide Real Estate Co., has merged with the Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. This collaboration strengthens the brand’s presence on the East Side of Providence while maintaining services in the luxury residential real estate market across Rhode Island. Deaner has affiliated with the Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty Providence office.

Deaner founded The Rhode Guide Real Estate Co. in 2011 and has a passion for making deals and connecting with clients. “Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty is not only well-known here in Providence, but statewide,” says Joshua Deaner. “I am proud to join the team of educated and professional real estate specialists.” With more than 17 years of experience, he is an expert in the Providence real estate market and is committed to client satisfaction.
