Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty Announces Significant Sale in Richmond by Donna Simmons

Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty is pleased to announce the sale of 87 Kingstown Road, Townhouse B4 located at the Preserve at Boulder Hills for $1,500,000. The seller was represented by Donna Simmons, Sales Associate of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. Jerry Sahagian of Preserve Realty represented the buyer.
