Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty Announces Significant Sales in Little Compton by Cherry Arnold and Judy Chace

Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty is pleased to announce the sales of 35 & 36 Beach Road for $5,075,000. According to Statewide MLS this is the highest sale this year in Little Compton and the third highest sale statewide. The sellers were represented by Cherry Arnold, Sales Associate of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. Renee Welchman of Keller Williams represented the buyers.
