Fall is finally here! Dress the part in your Ugg boots and sweaters and grab yourself a pumpkin spice latte as we hit the road for Jackie Brown’s next adventure.

Feeling some nostalgia from way back when Jackie was a puppy a few months ago, apple picking was at the top of her list for fun fall activities. With so many choices, she simply couldn’t decide! So, she pulled out her map, closed her eyes and placed her paw on a spot in the middle of Smithfield: Jaswell’s Farm. There were so many apples that she filled up her Radio Flyer until it almost overflowed. And when she was finished, she sipped a warm cider from the orchard store, smiled at her treasure and trotted along back to the warm car. We all love apples, but what’s fall in New England without pumpkin picking? Jackie Brown would never let you down so for her next stop she headed to Confreda Farms, all dressed up in her Snoopy costume practicing for Halloween night. Looking for more pumpkins galore? By now, our furry pal had had her share of fruit picking and was itching for a spooktacular experience. She popped open her BarkBuddy app and saw a super cute Jack Russell whose profile photo was at Roger Williams Park Zoo! It was on the way home really, so she decided to drop by to check out the Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular. With pumpkins aglow as far as the eye could see, the zoo transformed into an enchanting fall masquerade ball. Movie stars, sports heroes, entire art exhibits and more had transformed pumpkins into temporary masterpieces illuminated in the night.

Jackie Brown, ready for a night on the town, decided to hit the Fortress of Nightmares in Newport. After blindly perusing the tunnels of Fort Adams, Jackie will be sleeping with the lights on for the foreseeable future.

The morning after all this excitement, Jackie needed a long walk in the park. Anxious to see the foliage, she grabbed her smartphone to investigate this live fall foliage map. Pawing through New England, she found that parts of the coast are already at their peak. Anxious to see the leaves in their rainbow suits of armor, she hopped in an Uber and headed to the Cliff Walk in her new sweater to enjoy the view.
