Barrington, RI (June 14, 2018) – Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty is pleased to announce the sale of 330 Rumstick Road, Barrington for $2,550,000. According to data from the Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, this is the second highest sale in the municipality so far this year. The sellers of 330 Rumstick Road were represented by Midge Berkery and David Coleman, Sales Associates with Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. Beth Davis, also with Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, represented the buyers.
