Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty Announces Significant Sales in Narragansett and Burrillville

Providence, RI (May 10, 2018) – Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty is pleased to announce the following significant sales: 404 Ocean Road, Narragansett for $3,500,000 and 1298 Victory Highway, Burrillville for $507,000. According to data from the Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, the sale of 404 Ocean Road represents the highest transaction in the municipality since 2016. Additionally, the sale of 1298 Victory Highway, formerly the Oakland Recreational Hall, represents the highest transaction in Burrillville so far this year. In both transactions, the sellers were represented by Benjamin Scungio, Sales Associate with Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. The buyers for 404 Ocean Road and 1298 Victory Highway were represented by Marnee Grzebien of Bay Realty and Deborah Giannini of HomeSmart Professionals, respectively.
