Little Compton, RI (October 19, 2017) – Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty is pleased to announce the sale of 9 Kempton Place, Little Compton, RI for $2,595,000. According to data from the Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, this is the second highest sale in Little Compton so far this year.
