Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty Announces Significant Sales Totaling $2.5 Million

Providence, RI (August 2,2017) – Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty is pleased to announce the following significant sales: 14 South Meadow Lane, Barrington, for $1,050,000, and 299 Waites Corner Road, South Kingstown, for $1,350,000.

The buyers of the Barrington contemporary located at 14 South Meadow Lane, which closed on July 28, were represented by Monica VanDeventer, Sales Associate with Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. The sellers were represented by Rebecca Mayer of Residential Properties. The sale, which sold before publication, represents the tenth client for Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty over the one million dollar mark this year in the municipality.

According to data from the Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, the sale of 299 Waites Corner Road represents one of the top five sales in South Kingstown so far this year, closing on August 1. The sellers of this home were represented by Judy Chace, Broker/Co-Owner and the buyers were represented by Morgan Hollenbeck, Sales Associate: both of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty.
