Providence, RI (February 22, 2017) – Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty exhibited double-digit gains over the last year resulting in a six-position jump for Residential Real Estate Agencies in the 2017 Providence Business News Book of Lists. Moving up in rank from #22 to #16, Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty experienced a 151% increase in units sold as well as a 37.5% increase in value of residences sold from 2015 to 2016. Overall, Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty was involved in 25% of the top 20 sales statewide in 2016, participating in six and representing more clients than any other firm based on transaction sides.

A solid, contributing factor to this marked growth was the acquisition of Coleman Realtors in July doubling the number of agents and gaining additional offices in Barrington and East Greenwich. Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty intends to further their success in 2017 with the expansion of the Narragansett office and the addition of a number of high-caliber agents.
