Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty has shown marked growth throughout 2016 in the luxury real estate market. According to data from Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty has participated in a total of 19 sides of top ten sales in their respective quarters in 2016. Maintaining pace as a continued frontrunner of the high-end real estate market in Rhode Island, these numbers are the highest of any brokerage in the state.

Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty also represented the sellers of the highest sale in Exeter at 75 Woody Hill Road for $1,125,000 as well as the sellers of the highest sale in Lincoln at 3 Grandstand Drive for $875,000.
