MCSIR Announces Significant Sale

24 Brown and Howard Wharf, Unit 301, closed on October 11, 2016 for $2,295,000. The condominium sale in Newport is the second highest for any condominium in the state year to date. Eric Kirton, Sales Associate with Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, represented the buyers. Kirton has had over $14 million in sales volume so far this year with 19 successful closings to date. In Newport alone, Kirton has had seven successful closings this year; currently, two more of his listings in the municipality are under contract. The sellers were represented by Stacie Mills of Vanderbilt International Properties.
